The service
UMAN AUDIO offers tools to detect the tempo and key of a track, split it into stems, share private listening links, publish a portfolio, take part in the community and send private messages to other users. Analysis and separation results are automatic and may contain errors. The service is in a testing phase (Private Preview) and may change or be interrupted.
Who provides the service
UMAN AUDIO is a service of Adrián Izquierdo Quero (NIF 04273120L), an individual. Contact for any question, notice or complaint: [email protected].
Your account
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account; if you are a minor you need permission from your parents or guardians. You are responsible for the security of your password and for the activity of your account, and you must use your own e-mail address. You can sign out of any device from Settings. Guest mode is temporary: the guest account and its files are deleted automatically when it expires.
Your content and copyright
Only upload audio and images that are yours or that you have permission to use. Splitting someone else's song into stems gives you no rights over it: do not publish, share or distribute stems, listening links or portfolios with other people's music without permission from the rights holders. Your files remain yours; UMAN AUDIO only processes them to provide the service and does not use them to train models or for any other purpose.
Community and messages
Insults, harassment, threats, spam, illegal content and sharing other people's personal data are not allowed in the community or in private messages. You can block any user and report reviews and messages; to report a portfolio, write to [email protected]. UMAN AUDIO may hide content and restrict or suspend the participation of anyone who breaks these rules.
Notices of illegal content
If you believe content published on UMAN AUDIO is illegal or infringes your rights (for example, copyright), use the «Report» button or write to [email protected] with the link, the reason and your contact details. We will review every notice and tell you our decision.
Plans and limits
Each plan has daily and storage limits shown in the Plan section. While online payment is not active nothing is charged; prices and purchase terms will be published before any amount is charged.
Liability
The service is provided as is, in a testing phase. Keep copies of important files: UMAN AUDIO makes backups but does not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Suspension and deletion
An account may be suspended for abuse; suspension does not delete data. You can ask for your account to be deleted by writing to [email protected]: your data and files are deleted and only a minimal security record remains.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change significantly, we will announce it on the site before the change applies. They are governed by Spanish law.
